For years I have been praying about starting a small mentoring type atmosphere to inspire and equip young women who feel led into some part of the creative arts. I do this on a mini scale at events and conferences throughout the year but my heart would love to focus on a smaller group for a longer period of time. I have seen the Lord do so much in the area of encouragement and freedom with women in the past 7 years at the Fragrant Oil Conferences. It is there I meet so many young women artists and leaders in the making that I wish I had the time to encourage and mentor on a more one on one level. Some of my favorite times have been teaching and leading worship for small YWAM training schools. This is why I feel the time is now to DIVE.

| The vision behind DIVE is for 12 women to gather for one week, for a DEEP-INOVATIVE-VERTICAL-EXPRESSION in their relationship and love for the Lord. My heart is to encourage others to draw near to the Lord and listen for His voice in the deep places. When GodÕs love and affirmation for who we are and what we are gifted in become a revelation to our walk and journey in Him, we live changed and if we live changed our creative expression is limitless. At DIVE you will spend a week making new friendships, getting one on one interaction and training with me, and other incredible teachers. You will receive in depth teaching as well as a chance to collaborate on songwriting, with vocal training, music enhancement and worship leader training. |
